Jeffrey has been asked, yet again, to appear on a panel discussion, this time to address the topic Client Development Pitfalls for the Unwary. This session will focus on the use of technology for law firm client development, including law firm Web sites, search engine access, matching and bidding models and other innovations such as the "second life" of the cyberworld. The technology and its possibilities will be demonstrated along with the unexpected consequences and pitfalls that await the unwary. The basics of lawyer marketing will be reviewed.
