A level playing field

This is our organization chart. It’s a client-centered, flat structure. We value the input of all team members— regardless of title. We don’t pigeonhole people. The folks that succeed here are smart to a person. And they grow into new titles. But we don’t think this way because we’re nice guys. We have other reasons.

We want you to benefit from all the talent at G/B, from our receptionist to our principals. We pull together teams that match your individual, unique needs. We encourage everyone to contribute. Sometimes two—or ten—minds really can be better than one.
