We don’t know of any other firm anywhere that calls their clients every quarter to ask “How’re we doin’?” It’s hard. Most of us are afraid to hear the bad news and never really appreciate the good news. But that’s how you grow, isn’t it?

At Greenfield/Belser, clients—not our service groups or departments—drive our next steps. We develop new offerings, scrap old ones, improve existing ones based on what you tell us to do. Our style is fluid and integrated because that works better for you.

Our sister firm, Brand Research Company (BRC), will be calling you because our clients are more comfortable telling a BRC interviewer about the good (and the bad) of our work. And BRC knows the best questions to ask to ensure we get to the root of any issues you may have. Then our full-time client services director works with your team to make sure we fix any problems and keep doing the things you really appreciate. And she’s always available. Also remember: You can pick up the phone and speak with a principal at any time. Your needs are never far from our mind.
